Passionate
about nutrition and health!
What
is it?
Nutritional therapy is the application of nutritional science in the
promotion of optimum health and peak performance and disease prevention.
Nutritional therapy encompasses the use of carefully compiled recommendations
for diet and lifestyle in order to alleviate or prevent ailments and promote
optimal health. What
can nutritional therapy help?
Fatigue, diabetes,
IBS, heart disease, insomnia, stress, infections
or any other disorders. There is usually a reason why you
suffer symptoms. If you eat too much refined sugar you
will most likely suffer mood and energy highs and lows
as well as blood sugar imbalance and in the longer term
tooth decay and a host of other problems. Too little
fibre and you may suffer constipation and a host of
related conditions in the long term even cancers of
the digestive system.
For
sports
Fitness or sports nutrition needs
to start with a generally healthy diet and then move
on to specific activity related eating? Many people
think sports nutrition is all about consuming sports
drinks, chicken and pasta, how wrong they are. There's
lots of room for improvement!
What can
I do for you?
Many common foods are very destructive to ones health. What I will promise is to teach you what good food is, how to spot the hidden junk, how to
eat as nature intended and to appreciate the harm that some common, modern, foods do to you. The result may
be the ability for you to eliminate or reduce
many symptoms of diseases, conditions and ailments such as: fatigue, mild depression, insomnia, asthma, IBS,
diabetes, heart disease and many others and to increase or boost energy and mental mood,
alertness and general health and happiness. Its not rocket science to see that
poor diet causes problems but its relativly easy
with the right support to make some positive changes....
If
the above seems like a strong statement just think of
the major preventable diseases like diabetes, heart
disease and high blood pressure, to a large degree caused
by our diet and lack of exercise, not to forget
the massive epidemic of obesity which is leading to
a vast array of conditions, diseases and ailments and
is directly linked to diabetes and heart disease.

long-term change. Call now for help!
